Rare Book School 2014

Last month, I attended Rare Book School at the University of Virginia for the first time. I hope it will prove to be the first of many RBS courses!

I took Bethany Nowviskie and Andrew Stauffer’s class, Digitizing the Historical Record, taught June 16-20 at the UVA Scholars’ Lab, a truly amazing place. I had previously been to Charlottesville once before, briefly stopping for lunch on the way to Monticello, and it was a real treat to return. Here’s a short photo essay about my week (click through).
